the new delta one lounge

We recently had an opportunity to experience the new Delta One lounge at JFK’s Terminal 4. It was a really fun party!

If you’re familiar with JFK Terminal Four, you’ll know where this is. As you enter the building through the SkyPriority door, there’s now a special room to your right, with doors leading down a red carpet to the back of the check in area. This used to be the Sky Priority check-in area, but now, there are refreshments while you wait.

I think the string quartet was just for the opening. Don’t expect that on your next Delta One flight.

Then, you go out the back door and are ushered to a private Delta One security lane….which isn’t actually there, yet.

The club is right there, and it’s gorgeous. Check your luggage and head back toward the bar area.

If you’re hungry, you’ve got options, there’s a sit-down restaurant, as well as a marketplace with small plates, and even a raw bar!

And, what’s that… a spa?

The lounge goes on and on and on. There are private booths for phone calls, an atrium with loads of natural light, and plenty of seating areas.

We’ve already started telling our clients who are flying Delta One to arrive extra early when they’re flying out of JFK. There’s no better way to relieve the stresses of air travel, while traveling in high-style, than flying Delta One. Similar lounges are in the works in Boston and at LAX.

Delta is one of our preferred airline partners. We love our partnership with Delta, and really appreciate the opportunity to get a sneak preview of the fabulous new ways they take care of our clients! If you’d like to experience Delta One and the new Delta One lounge, we’re a full-service ticketing agency, and we’d love to book that for you!
