luxury west indies yacht trip?

Sometimes we find such an incredible tour, cruise or resort that we immediately start trying to figure out how we can book that trip for ourselves. And then, when we can find those incredible trips at an incredible price--well, we kind of freak out a little bit.  Dear Huckleberry Travel Reader -- this is one of those trips.

Crystal Cruises is one of the best luxury cruise lines out there. (It may be our personal favorite. Shh!  Don't tell the others!) And a trip on their yacht, the Crystal Esprit, is nothing short of stunning. There are only 31 cabins on this boat, so no more than 62 passengers can experience the casual luxury on board on any given sailing. All suites have 42” flat screen TVs, a customizable bedside iPad for bookings and daily announcements, Wi-fi, lounge area, a fully-stocked minibar fridge, luxury bath products and amenities, and twice daily housekeeping with evening turndown service. Oh, and a butler. Did you know that your suite comes with a butler? Well it does. You get a butler for the week. So, just let that sink in for a minute.

What else? Oh! How about Michelin-level cuisine? Fine wines, champagnes, beers
and premium spirits are included, too. Actually, almost everything is included, like all gratuities, the aforementioned butler service, two complimentary adventures ashore in each port of call, and complimentary use of water toys including snorkeling and scuba diving, kayaks, paddle boards and jet skis. All of that is included--no paying extra for booze, shore excursions, scuba or jet ski rental. It's included.

As though that's not incredible enough, they also have a two-person submersible on board. What?

This is not a cruise ship, it's a yacht. Which means you're able to go to smaller, less-traveled ports, more exclusive and more private beaches. Starting in November of this year, the Crystal Esprit will start sailing two alternating week-long itineraries, which depart Sundays from Marigot Bay, St. Martin.  If you wanted, you could easily the two itineraries to create an indulgent 14-day escape to paradise.
