LUMINOUS hotels are a curated collection of lifestyle and boutique hotels that are committed to expanding their relationship with our travel agency community. Top brands include W Hotels, JW Marriott, Autograph Collection, and more.

Because we’re part of this prestigous program, we’ve added nearly 800 hotels to our roster, where our clients get VIP amenities. And like our other hotel programs, these exclusive amenities are available when we book the best available rate for you — you don’t pay anything more than if you’d booked on your own. In fact, we may have exclusive promotions available to you, that you wouldn’t find booking direct.

At STARS properties, our clients receive

• Complimentary basic Wi-Fi daily

• Hotel credit valued at $100 USD once per stay

• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out (Based upon availability)

• An In-person warm welcome

• Personalized welcome note from Hotel Management acknowledging you as a client of a STARS agency

At LUMINOUS properties, the amenities are slightly different.

• Indigenous Welcome Amenity representing local area or theme of hotel

• Complimentary full or continental breakfast daily for up to2 people per room

• Complimentary Basic Wi-Fi daily

• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out (Based upon availability)

• Complimentary room upgrade (Based on availability at check-in)

• Welcome Note/Recognition from the General Manager

Some Luminous properties have an additional $100 hotel spending credit — we’ll check on that when we make your booking, to see if it’s available at that hotel or resort.
